Medical marijuana: 'Barack Obama and Eric Holder are lying sacks of shit.'
http://www.sfweekly.com/2011-04-06/news/medical-marijuana-raids-obama-eric-holder-legalization-dispensaries-chris-roberts

... Put another way, "the United States government said it was okay for me to grow weed," says Tom Carter, a Lake County contractor who faces 10 years for allegedly selling 500 marijuana clones — tiny seedlings that are not counted as marijuana under state possession laws — to an undercover federal agent posing as the owner of a legal dispensary. "And now they're coming back and saying that I can't? That's bullshit."

"Know what I think?" he adds. "Barack Obama and Eric Holder are lying sacks of shit."

15. IBTL, then
"What I'm not going to be doing is using Justice Department resources to try to circumvent state laws on this issue simply because I want folks to be investigating violent crimes and potential terrorism. We've got a lot of things for our law enforcement officers to deal with."

34. Political opportunism
of the worst kind; say anything, but stand for nothing & sell out without a twinge of shame. Have to hand it to them though, they've learned to flip the finger with a flourish, and sometimes you don't even see it coming.

14. Obama did lie. He lied big and it was the first disparity I noticed between a stated position...
...of his and the actual position. But, I thought "Ok, well it's an anomaly. Definitely not a small one, given how clear he's been but...well...whatever, it's just this one thing."

Oh, how wrong I was...

...one damn dime.

I gave last time and watched policies and practices happen that I specifically
VOTED TO END.

My last contribution to the hopeandchange adventure was not a good investment.

17. Obama is a liar and a hypocrite
He's admitted so smoking marijuana and doing cocaine as a youth. I suppose it was ok for him then, but not ok for everyone he and Holder are throwing in prison. Two Americas.

19. Random and unstable public policies are
more the mark of a banana republic or dictatorship than an advanced society. What are laws if they can be randomly changed?!! To tell someone he is free to do something, then arresting him is ENTRAPMENT.

Choosing policies that prey on sick, weak and harmless individuals are definitely the mark of a cruel and inhumane government. It is criminal to be pouring millions into the drug war during an economic crisis, as is lying to the citizenry about the law.

These policies are pouring money into the prison industrial complex and each day they are in effect, the richer these bastards become. This dirty corrupt money has a path of destruction, it rewards cruelty and ruthlessness and does not support a healthy society.

21. This guy needs to get over himself
All of the Wall Street financiers who were responsible for pillaging the US Treasury have been arrested and prosecuted; Eric Holder has to keep the lawyers at the Justice Department busy doing something.
