Jeebus, they're actually re-running his ridiculous birther rant from earlier this morning, on a usually-live show...and he is making a fool of himself. The panelists are basically laughing at him. So perhaps, instead of trying to prop him up like so many posit, maybe instead MSNBC is just letting him swing in the wind? Maybe?

1. Actually I just watched the morning joe interview and I've come to the conclusion that...

the people on that panel are total shit for brains, that includes Ed Rendell.

Trump went on a rant about Obama being born in Kenya. He repeated falsehood after falsehood and not a single idiot on morning joe was able to correct a single thing Trump said.

One of the most obvious lies Trump told was that the granparents put the birth announcement in the newspapers. Absolutely not true, MSNBC's own network pointed out this was not true last week and that instead the birth announcements happen based on nothing more than the state birth records from the prior week. Again, not a single idiot on the panel corrected this or any other lie Trump told.

a ridiculous proposition in the first place.

My guess is that Trump and other Republicans want to keep this "story" going to keep our minds off of what is REALLY going on in this country...

6. When someone is on TV spewing lies like that it is the job of the panel to correct them

this doesn't take a lot of research. Lawrence O'Donnell on their own network did a great break down of this. And you would think if you are going to interview a birther that is that high profile you would have the most basic research especially since you know the exact claims he was going to make.

Obama could have been born on the moon, it doesn't matter. His mother was a US citizen at the time of his birth, so he is automatically a citizen. Case Closed.
