It is time for Eric Holder and the DofJ to step up to the plate and
land on Kathy Nickolaus like a ton of bricks. She needs to be investigated for fraud and federal civil rights violations and it needs to happen NOW. Like tonight. Holder needs to announce the investigation immediately. Let Nickolaus and her backers feel the full force and fury of the Department of Justice and that will wipe the smirks off their guiltily ugly faces.

2. At this point
The Attorney General in Wisconsin needs to step in.

It isn't the place of the DOJ at this point.

of the U.S. Constitution by her willful misconduct in disenfranchising the voters of Wisconsin. (Same rationale was used against Gore in Bush v. Gore 2000.) As such, it is most definitely a matter for a federal investigation. Whether criminal charges are filed will depend on what's turned up when the DofJ turns over the rocks.
