7. The rethugs are. They think it is a money issue because they say

we are broke. The only reason we are broke is because the rich and corporations are not doing their share and have not for at least 12 years or more. That and the fact that they are investing in off shore businesses instead of our own. All of this adds up to the lack of loyalty to our country when it comes to the rich and corporations.
