4. Planned Parenthood is a very small part of the budget

The part of their budget for abortion is 3 percent, a miniscule part of the budget.
The cost of defunding Planned Parenthood would be much more than the cost of funding it.
I just can't believe that any of this could happen.
End the wars, that would make sense.
