3. Me too. I already wrote an email telling him not to touch medicare or medicaid or
social security. They better find ways to tax the rich and corporations.

... that getting out of this recession won't fix.

If the debt owed to the trust fund is not worthy, well, then the whole jig is up anyway and we're Bangladesh.

And as far as Medicare and Medicaid -- if we had single-payer those programs would be part of that system and just fine, too. Frankly, if there is funding problems for Medicare and Medicaid, Pres. Obama is much to blame for not fighting for genuine health care reform.

Nevertheless, I'm with everyone else, if he proposes raising the retirement age or cutting benefits, etc. ... then he doesn't "have our back" and we certainly shouldn't have his.

So, what is he going to propose?
