So you're a rich American and the government offers you a tax cut. How do you refuse it?

No, your taxes will go down. But instead of taxes you'll have to pay a Prosperity Acceleration Levy. That's being America's PAL by paying a patriotic Prosperity Accerlation Levy.

I mean, if you don't want to be patriotic don't accept the tax cut.

Of course, if you get a tax cut it will cost something. The question here is whether it will cost you or America. The Prosperity Acceleration Levy will insure it doesn't cost America her prosperity.
