"Details began to emerge on Monday about what programs will be cut by how much as part of a $38 billion deal to keep government running for the rest of this fiscal year. Sen. Bernie Sanders called it "Robin Hood in reverse" during an interview today with radio host Ed Schultz. As more info became public on the price of averting a gov't shutdown, the senator voiced concern about the middle class bearing the brunt."
