Will she be hurt if the safety net is diced? How many of her nieces and nephews are at risk of growing up without a father as a worthless sacrifice to Pax Americana?
Can she afford health care? Do increases in gas prices mean skipping lunches and no entertainment for her? Is the bank crawling up her ass? Is she being held indefinitely or being herded into a Kangaroo Court?
Hell, is she going to have to deal with shifting of more and more costs to the poor and working class or will her accountants and status keep her on an even keel. Will she be alive to have to deal with all the can kicking?
I really like Joan but the real asskickings are not part of her world right now.
