1.) Raise taxes on the wealthiest 2%. Even if all you do is roll back the Bush tax cuts so we're back to the rates under Clinton (which worked out well for everybody), you'll save billions of dollars. Too much? However, America Incorporated seems to have a more gruesome agenda behind its behavior, hence, the game plan does not consider the obvious and easy ways to solve the shock and awe, created problems that are simply masked by rhetoric and corporate media propaganda in order that we don't get the point and realize what is being accomplished.
