or whatever they call it, and the layoffs start and
there will be layoffs and economy starts to drag again

However, he relates that in '78, Dems collaborated with the GOP on dismantling the tax code

for the benefit of the rich. That was pre-Reagan -- not that Reagan wasn't a major destroyer!!
