Recently in Green Bay Wisconsin a known felon from the State of Colorado was arrested at the legendary Lambeau Field for a committing a crime while out canvassing for signatures.

Would not catch everything but it would have caught this. There is no excuse for doing this on someone who is going to be walking around in neighborhoods knocking on doors.

From Colorado:
He's got DUI's, Domestic Violence (on Christmas Day 2007), a couple 2nd degree felony assaults, and one drugging of a victim. (Plus more stuff of lesser importance IMO)
