1. He probably heard him practice it a time or two. Haha.
Old men doze, no biggie.

2. The President proposes, and the Vice President . . . dozes?
Although, as one who has struggled all of his adult life with the problem of the "afternoon slump," I say cut the Veep a break on this one!

7. maybe it was too hot in the room
the woman a few rows behind (you can see her over Geithner's shoulder) was doing the same thing. :)

8. I had it happened to me when Buckminster Fuller was speaking
one of the last speeches he ever gave before his death. It was horrible, the room was warm and crowded, I had been up early. It was a nightmare, to this day it makes me  to think about what I missed.

3. Jeez, I know how that feels. It's so frustrating and there's NOTHING you can
do to keep your eyes open! I feel for him. I even empathized with Cheney when he did it during a Bush thing (was it SOTU?).

If it had ever happened to you, you wouldn't be rolling your eyes, you'd be a bit more understanding.

5. It HAS happened to me...
...I'm rolling my eyes at CNN reporting it, not the nap itself. Stop second-guessing people's intentions, of which you have no clue, and you'll probably have a much happier life.

Goodnight now.

6. Perhaps you should have indicated you were commenting on CNN, not Biden. Stop
assuming people know what you mean with no explanation on your part, you'll probably irritate fewer people.

Sweet dreams.
