Even if she were tried and convicted for that, she'd be out a long time ago. There was a chance to put her in prison for while: she went on trial for arson quite recently but was not convicted.

The accuser of the Duke Lacrosse rape (which did not happen), Crystal Magnum, appears to be the killer. The article clearly states that she stabbed her boyfriend in the torso over a dispute. Nothing about Duke was involved.

"Boyfriend" is the way they are describing the victim's relationship to her.

I'm sick of this story .We all know the accuser is not a fantastic person.
It was a false rape report. We don't have to follow her life forever to keep reminding us she is on the wrong path in life.
What bothered me was the 'sign this statement against the lacrosse players' which all these so-called educators were all too happy to sign and condemn without, mind you, a single grain of proof.
