Sheen invited to call Ontario’s quit smoking hotline by minister
Hollywood bad boy Charlie Sheen should call Ontario’s quit smoking hotline while he’s in Toronto on tour, says Health Promotion Minister Margarett Best.

“Certainly we’d encourage him. . . to call our hotline and to try to quit smoking because that’s very important for his own health,” she said Thursday after Sheen was pictured in Toronto puffing on a cigarette after landing in the city on a private jet.

“Your health is your wealth. It’s the most important investment that you have and you should invest in it,” Best added, borrowing on some of Sheen’s trademark ‘winning” language to promote the cause.

“It’s not a win-win situation when you have people smoking.”

The hotline number is 1-877-513-5333.
