Fmr. chairman of the Federal Reserve, Alan Greenspan; Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT), Fmr. Gov. Jennifer Granholm (D-MI); author Jon Meacham; and author of the new book "Fail Up," PBS’s Tavis Smiley.
For this week's edition of the mid-week PRESS Pass, David sat down with Gov. Deval Patrick (D-MA). Patrick told David that he respects Mitt Romney, former Massachusetts governor and potential 2012 presidential candidate, but Romney wasn't serious as an executive. Despite Romney's instrumental role in creating Massachusetts' health care system, Patrick's going to "back the other guy" in 2012.
Patrick also insists that Democrats don't want as massive a government as the right implies, but that his party views government's role as simply helping people help themselves. Patrick thinks this ideological question will play a big role in the 2012 presidential race.
