Trump : Recession was "Act of God"; therefore, I don't owe bank $40 million
in loan guarantees! However, those people that took out mortgages for apartments in that building with my name on it? Guess what? They still owe the money...fuck the recession!

"Guess who is complaining that condominiums in Donald Trump’s latest big project are ridiculously overpriced. Donald Trump is. But he isn’t cutting the prices. He says the banks won’t let him.

The project is the Trump International Hotel and Tower in Chicago, which is to be the second-tallest building in that city (after the Sears Tower). By Mr. Trump’s account, sales were going great until “the real estate market in Chicago suffered a severe downturn” and the bankers made it worse by “creating the current financial crisis.”

Those assertions are made in a fascinating lawsuit filed by Mr. Trump, the real estate developer, television personality and best-selling author, in an effort to avoid paying $40 million that he personally guaranteed on a construction loan that Deutsche Bank says is due and payable.

Rather than have to pay the $40 million, Mr. Trump thinks the bank should pay him $3 billion for undermining the project and damaging his reputation."

5. Hey Trump, take responsibility, pull yourself up by your bootstraps--I hear McDonalds is hiring.
In other words, get a job and start paying off your debts. For 30 years Republicans have been preaching this so it's about time One of them followed it!

9. What kind of mushrooms did they put on his pizza, anyway?
That asshole has announced more projects, and taken more deposits, on Trumpholes they never even break ground on.

I think he's announced at least three in Tampa, in the eight years I've been here, and they've never so much as mowed the lawn.

10. "best-selling author"??
Ok, that's it. My faith in humanity, strained as it has been, cannot handle this kind of knowledge. It's bad enough that so many people like to hear him talk, or like to watch him, but to read his writing?????

No, that's too much.

14. Could Trump be a Trojan Horse?
This shit is so out there even for 'The Donald'.

He has a paper trail that would circle the earth 110 x's. His reputation is shit. Bankruptcies, cheating, divorces and his political leanings have been liberal. He was pro-choice, and gave money to Obama's campaign.

Wouldn't it be a freakin HOOT is he was doing all this becase... well he can. He's the fav of Repukes 'IF' he got the nod he'll lose, we know it and he knows it. I can't figure the man out but, who can.

19. Does anyone really thnk T Rump is going to run?
The guy's got a public record a mile long, chock full of gibberish, illogic, contradictions, and borderline criminal behavior. He's running to stroke his ego, NBC for one is happy to oblige, and as soon as he has to file a financial disclosure report, he'll suddenly remember that he has something else very important to do in 2012, and he couldn't possibly find time to run for president.

These capitalists have really gotten bold recently. They not only want it all, but they don't care how they get it.
