THE PASTOR of a London-based evangelical church has pleaded guilty to sexual assault.


Pastor Albert Odulele, 47, from Kent who is the founder of Glory House International based in East London has admitted indecently assaulting a boy aged 14 and sexually assaulting a 21-year-old man.

So I guess it happens across the pond as well. He was an openly gay basher.

Liberals tend to look at conservatives and see people who want to be at war with everyone. But maybe, at least from an individual perspective, we need more compassion. It is becoming increasingly obvious to me that most of these people are at war with themselves and are perhaps tortured in ways it is difficult to imagine.

I can't imagine the battles and despair of a gay child growing up in a Baptist church. And remember all those people around that child were children there as well. What a ball and chain to carry arund in life.

Certainly most straight people don't molest or abuse children, and a paedophile wouldn't really be considered straight or gay; it's a sexual abnormality. In any case, this guy's victims were 14 and 21, so he wasn't a paedophile anyway.

Sexual abuse is often as much about power as it is sexuality, so the gender of his victims could have little to do with it. However, I think it is still likely worth noting that someone who is openly anti-gay would abuse male victims.

The perpetrator of a rape is not gay or straight as measured by the sex of those whom he or she rapes. Rape is all about domination, control and self-interest.

Shame on the OP for alleging that the perpetrator is gay. DU seems to need remedial education over and over.
