So the Rs are "out of the closet" on destroying SS.
Since even the Teabaggers oppose reductions to SS by 70% to 30% or thereabouts, what are the Rs counting on to pull them through 2012? Do they figure that they have such absolute control over the system via voting machines Citizens United money, etc. that they can just do whatever they want & they'll be able to pull it off? I really think something like that is going on. They no longer feel they have to care about public opinion or people voting agaionst outrages.

It would be an interesting study to take apart a chickenshit Teabagger's mind & see how it manages to handle what it would already have to KNOW about Rs & SS, and still come out in support of Col. Sanders.

12. We must remember that Republicans are omnipotent, invincible.
Resistance is futile.

They allow us to win once and awhile because it gives them a good laugh.

4. Now
Obama and the White House appointed cat food commission need to come out.

the SS "tax break" was a defunding that the repugs have been trying at for decades

took a predatory corporatist "democrat" to pull it off.

And that slippery little tactic is just slouching toward Pennsylvania Avenue, waiting for its moment to be born.

6. There is our campaign strategy for 2012, in a nutshell.
If the baggers won't vote for Democrats, let them stay home or vote for some insane right-wing third party. Screw them.

We need to hammer home what the Republicans want and make sure every damn voter in the United States knows it and understands it. We need to make sure that every voter understands that they are affected by what the Republicans want.

That is all we need. That is our strategy. Time to go to work.

7. Social conservatism, the birthers, the prosperity gospel, never underestimate the ability

of the republican party to perpetrate a swindle of their uneducated, willfully ignorant, base. They will defund SS and make their base think it was Obama's doing. And their base will eat it up. The don't believe the truth, they believe what confirms their prejudices.

9. Maybe this will be the issue
along with Medicare - that does them in and they remain out of power until the Dems can get this country back in order again. I still wonder how much better this country would have been if Clinton had remained faithful and Gore would have been president for 8 years instead of Bush.
