Swiftboater Jerome Corsi is back with Birther Book

Product Description
Over the course of more than three years of research, Jerome Corsi assembles the evidence that Barack Obama is constitutionally ineligible for the office of the presidency. As a New York Times bestselling author, Harvard graduate, and investigative journalist, Corsi exposes in detail key issues with Obama's eligibility, including the fact the President has spent millions of dollars in legal fees to avoid providing the American people with something as simple as a long-form birth certificate. The eligibility issue has major ramifications for every American, and through Corsi's in-depth research, a clear, concise, and compelling case is made for a return to Founding Father principles and transparent, constitutional government, starting from the top down.

6. How did all of this craziness start, anyway?

I've forgotten. IMHO President shouldn't have to provide squat either. Those are his personal records and I wouldn't give up mine either to some yahoos with a wild conspiracy theory just to satisfy their curiosity (which won't be satisfied no matter what he does). The kind of conspiracy imagined by the people whom subscribe to this *theory* would require the complicity, if not the active participation by numerous persons and officials in Hawaii, and elsewhere for the past 50 years. Heck, even the Roberts SCOTUS and the former Republican governor of Hawaii appear to be complicit in the cover-up! Heck, the RNC never even made this an issue in the 2008 campaign. THEY must be involved in the conspiracy as well!!! :eyes:
Leaving aside the factual inaccuracies present in the birthers' arguments, I can't possibly imagine what kind of connections a woman from Kansas and/or an African national (or their families) might have had that would've been able to facilitate such a wide-ranging conspiracy that would, 48 years later, enable their child to assume the Presidency of the United States of America. While that idea would be grist for a trash novel (or screenplay), I just don't see how it could ever come to pass in reality. Of course, that's NOT where birthers like Corsi reside, at least mentally. :puke:

9. If Corsi doesn't include a copy of his long-form birth certificate in the introduction of the book,
Edited on Wed Apr-20-11 01:25 PM by sinkingfeeling
it's Bulls**t.

Corsi was supposedly born in Cleveland, Ohio in 1946. I was born in Columbus, Ohio in 1948 and my sister was born in 1946. Neither my sister nor myself have a 'long-form' birth certificate. What we have from the state, is a certified copy of a 'certificate of live birth'. I used mine to obtain my passport back in the 1980's. Used it to return to the USA from Mexico. Used it to prove my age when I got married back in 1967.
