Ok, what do we know about this guy?

He's ok with gays. He is against the war. He is for pot legalization. "Too big to fail" not good.

2. He can't get past the Wingnut Brigade, a.k.a. Republican primaries. He is no threat.
Romney is the biggest threat, in my view, the religious wingnuts in the South, notwithstanding.

3. But aren't there still actual Republicans out there that are not part
of the crazy that makes up the extreme right wing teabaggers? Surely there will be a market for him in that group of conservatives?

4. They may not be socially conservative, but they are economically conservative,
and the fact that Johnson rightfully blames the Republicans for running up the deficit and outrageous spending is a break for the mainstream Republican meme. Won't he find a tough audience amongst those Republicans who want to blame all the economic woes on Obama?
