2. The drooling comment was pretty crass...

...but I can see where the emergency manager of Detroit Puplic Schools needs to bypass
the school board. They are the ones that made the bad decisions in the first place that
caused Governor Granholm to appoint him.

4. I got up on the edge of my seat when Rachel said

in regards to Benton Harbor having only two choices "a dictatorial financial manager or a dysfunctional city government" I was really hoping she was going to offer a third choice, but sadly she didn't.

Emergency managers are the problem, they are dictators, and have destroyed public input.

Taxes need to be increased on the rich and corporations to pay for public services.
Schools like this are a necessity.
The public needs to be able to have inflence here..
