Freeper "radpolis"...Refrain from attacking Trump because he "isn't afraid of the race card"
This is what freepers classify as a "vanity post"...this douchebag wrote it all by his/her little old self. I've excerpted 4 paragraphs...if you want to read the rest you can go to F.R. and do a search on the thread title (I don't direct-link to the site in my posts).

Reasons why we should refrain from attacking Trump (vanity)

I think it is a bad political strategy for conservatives to attack Donald Trump this early in the game. The conservative media, many conservative blogs, the liberal media and Freepers are going after Trump for his ideological inconsistencies.

The liberal media will use all its powers to destroy ANY GOP candidate for president. That is a given. They want Barack Obama re-elected, even if the entire country is collapsing around them and regardless if the GOP candidate was as spotless as Jesus Christ.

***

Donald Trump doesn't mince words about Obama and isn't afraid of the race card. Trump doesn't talk in weasley politico-speak like most of the others.

***

Every time we conservatives attack Donald Trump that gives the liberal media sound bites to destroy Donald Trump and his message, which is to get Barack Obama out, and it gives ammunition for Romney and Huckabee to go after Trump in the early primaries and debates.

4. I think the Donald is playing all of us.
The good news is that their side is the bigger loser in Trump's game.

5. Seems like a light bulb went on over the Donald's rug...
..."Anything Palin can do, I can do better."

Seriously, he's stepped right into her ruby slippers and is playing the "base" for the saps that they are.

I'm surprised that the freepers aren't wetting themselves over the magnitude of this guy's failures. Being the master of self-promotion he is, the never-ending self-chorus of his wonderfulness drowns out the fact that he's landed on his ass many, many times.

6. Wow, if anyone here has never seen crazy rwinger speak...read the OP!
It will show you why a lot of DUers are always calling GOPukers crazy people that have no real attachment to reality. The OP is a perfect example.

7. Here's the big problem: racism just isn't as fashionable as it once was.
You've seen the retired lady with a Farah Fawcett shag?

Weasel-words aren't the strict province of pols. If you don't like the "black folk" just say so, dude.

He's a pretty good writer, I'll give him that.

8. In my life (so far) I've seen more Dizzy Gillespie for President bumper stickers than for Trump...

Don't forget Elvis, Pat Paulson, and everybody's favorite: "No Body for President" -- a classic.

A vanity candidacy!
