1. In football, it would be Unnecessary Roughness. In the real world, Assault & Battery. |

That turkey deserves more than 15 yards but less than 15 years.

3. How long is this going to take? |
|
One would think they were charging a baseball player with lying under oath, or something. This case seems pretty clear cut. If they had stomped some person outside of wally world over a parking space I'll bet the trial would have been over months ago.

8. Well, there's that whole "due process" messiness |
|
And, considering the generally high asshole quotient of the accused, it's probably no surprise that he and his attorney will use every means at his disposal to avoid taking responsibility for his reprehensible actions for as long as possible. I want this clown to get the full benefit of every legal maneuver available to him, so that when he's convicted beyond a reasonable doubt, we don't have to listen to any of his whiny justifications (not that he won't offer them, the snivelling coward).

9. Nice to know that the system still functions at a MINIMAL level |
|
Even with video evidence, this case is dragging. If this were a homeless man stomping a CEO, he'd be in a Supermax facility by now.
