Oh this is good...posted at

What about those programming changes?
All,
I want to clear up some misinformation about the planned programming changes on WREC. First, let me say that Andrew Clarksenior has done a great job with the afternoon show. <snip>
....Unfortunately, that move did not produce the audience growth we all expected.
Here is a rundown of the new schedule:
Mornings
Our audience has indicated that they prefer a morning news format over a talk show in the 8:00 a.m. hour.
Starting Monday, Memphis Morning News will continue until 9:00 a.m., preempting Glenn Beck's first hour.Middays
There are no changes to the Rush Limbaugh or Sean Hannity broadcasts.
Afternoons
New to the 4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. shift is nationally syndicated, conservative talk host, Schnitt. Schnitt is a very bright guy, is well informed and gives a fresh perspective on politics and events of the day. <snip>
Evenings
I'm a big fan of Michael Savage,
but his ratings have floundered in recent years. Given that, we will now carry The Wall Street Journal's Daily Wrap from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The Daily Wrap is talk radio from one of the most-respected brands in media, The Wall Street Journal. <snip> more than 2,000 reporters and editors from The Wall Street Journal.
None of us like change to our daily routine but I hope you will soon find that you are enjoying the new lineup.
Thanks,
Tim
