Obama's campaign or the DNC needs to start punching back. |
|
The DNC can't allow the cheap shots at Obama to continue. There is a simple reason why Trump is leading in the polls. He is the one most vociferously attacking Obama. It's the same reason Dean lead in the polls for a long part of 2003. Dean was the best at attacking Bush. Trump like Dean will fade when people make the decision about who they want to look after them when things really go wrong. In the meantime, the attacks will continue. If they aren't answered, they will begin to hurt.

1. I agree with the folks who have basically pointed out that this is all hot air from Trump. |
|
The dude has no interest in the position. Besides, to run for president he'd have to spend money.
But media jabs are free.

6. I admired Clinton's first election campaign strategy of hitting back |
|
immediately. Didn't they use something called "truth squads" to watch for GOP lies and distortions and then struck back with rapid responses challenging them?
They dropped that strategy after the election and the Democrats in general haven't used it much since. Kerry sure as hell could've benefited from it in 2004.
