Trump's gambling problem
Why hasn't any of our so-called liberal media pointed out the fact Donald Trump is talking about asking people who believe gambling and drinking are sins to vote for him to be their president when he owns, or licenses his name to, the following gaming-and-drinking establishments:

ATLANTIC CITY CASINOS:
Trump Marina Casino Hotel
Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino
Trump Taj Mahal Casino Resort

LAS VEGAS CASINOS:
Trump International Hotel-Las Vegas

INDIANA CASINOS:
Trump Casino and Hotel-Gary, Indiana

John McCain had a similar but much smaller problem: his wife owns one of the biggest beer distributorships in the US. This is how Sarah Palin was inflicted on the national consciousness. Palin isn't available anymore and I don't think Christine O'Donnell wants to run for vice-president.

1. I'm sure there are bigger skeletons in his closet.
Many of which will come out if he ever gains any serious traction.

2. The biggest skeleton is that he is nowhere as rich as he claims to be.
He's gone bankrupt several times and has always exaggerated about how rich and powerful he really is. He has never and will never make the financial disclosures necessary to continue his candidacy. Which is why, as usual, he's completely full of shit.

3. "Skeletons" per se are no impediment to those of the True Faith
Donald Trump could wake up tomorrow and decide to reenact the Trans Continental Road Race in Death Race 2000, including the part about running over pedestrians, and so long as he went to church and asked for forgiveness, the Trump lovers and fundies would love him even more. "Just think of all the JOBS he is creating!"

And he could turn the dead pedestrians into Soylent Green, distribute it to the homeless, and the Trump lovers and fundies would love him even more. "Look! He's feeding the needy, just as Jesus commanded us to do!"

But this fucker is a major player in the casino business, and I don't think they can forgive that.

I'm not worried about serious traction, though; anyone whose energy policy includes invasion isn't going to get that far.
