Obama’s Long-Form Birth Certificate Released
By MICHAEL D. SHEAR
President Obama posted a copy of his “long form” birth certificate from the state of Hawaii, hoping to finally end a long-simmering conspiracy theory among some conservatives who asserted falsely that he was not born in the United States and was not a legitimate president.

The birth certificate, which is posted online at the White House website, shows conclusively that Mr. Obama was born in Honolulu, Hawaii and is signed by state officials and his mother.

“The President believed the distraction over his birth certificate wasn’t good for the country,” Dan Pfeiffer, the White House communications director, wrote on the website Wednesday morning. “It may have been good politics and good TV, but it was bad for the American people and distracting from the many challenges we face as a country.”

Mr. Obama is expected to address questions about the birth certificate in a briefing with reporters Wednesday morning at 9: 45 a.m.

The contention that Mr. Obama was not born in the United States, and therefore did not meet the Constitutional requirement for election as president, has been around for years and has long been refuted, but has recently gained public attention after Donald Trump, the real estate mogul, repeatedly raised questions as he explores whether to run for president.

Mr. Pfeiffer said in the statement on the website that the president authorized officials in Hawaii to release the document broadly.

5. If you think that you don't understand the new paradyn.
Any video evidence could be CGI.

Any document could be faked.

Evidence has two parts, the item, and the credibility each person attaches to the item.

When trust of systems goes away, and for some that issue can be things like racial bias, or political bias, or observations of wrong things done not corrected.

I am still due beer and travel money, and many experiences.

When that trust is questioned, then you can't know what is real evidence and what is not.

I have always thought the birther issue was a non issue, especially since John McCain was said to have been born in Panama, although is that even true?

See my point.

Conspiracies occur becuase of lack of credibility of information sources from deciet and secrecy, and results that do not match what should be done. Not based on if some document is real, or where someone is born.

Almost everything people believe is trust in some source, a text book, a tv show, something someone said who witnessed something first hand, or some other source you consider credible. From that it is a choice of what is real, and what is fake, based on what you think is credible. Fox news? Other media? Internet? what your friends say? what you read?

Although I do know, I am due beer and travel money, and many experiences, and that has not arrived yet.

7. Like I said elsewhere. Birthers cannot read. What good will this document do?
They'll just stare at it with drool running off their chins, and wait for someone to tell them that the WH is lying. An easier group to lead about by their noses has never existed.
