A chemical substance spilled from the tanker ship Hyundai Oakland while it was being unloaded at the Port of Tacoma in Washington state. snip

The Hyundai Oakland is the same ship that set off radiation detectors at the Port of Tacoma las month. Low levels of radiation were found inside an air filter near the engine room-the filters were later disposed of by Department of Health officials.
