Initial impression, the ink doesn't even look dry. We want the original Nordyke like Long Form Birth Certificate. And what's with the left sided scroll out format. Just scroll one out, type it out and voila', Obama's Birth Certificate? Someone forgot to cut the left edge?

What has been established is Obama's father was a British subject at birth and:

If only one parent was a U.S. Citizen at the time of your birth, that parent must have resided in the United States for at least ten years, at least FIVE of which had to be after the age of 14. It appears that Obama's mother was only 18 when Obama was born, which means she was shy of the 19 years of age required by the law. In other words, she was not old enough to qualify her son for automatic U.S. Citizenship. Corroborating is WND: Geraghty defined the concerns most clearly, stating: "If Obama were born outside the United States, one could argue that he would not meet the legal definition of natural-born citizen & because U.S. law at the time of his birth required his natural-born parent (his mother) to have resided in the United States for '10 years, at least ive of which had to be after the age of 14.'" He then points out Ann Dunham, Obama's mother, was 18 when Obama was born "so she wouldn't have met the requirement of five years after the age of 14."

Stanley Ann Dunham was born November 29, 1942. Barack Hussein Obama, her son, was born August 4, 1961. Her age, at his birth, was 18 years, 8 months, 5 days. To be absolutely exacting; he was born 248 days past her 18th birthday. She does not meet the five year requirement to confer her U.S. citizenship status to her son, whether he was born in Hawaii or in Kenya; it really makes no difference. Reference: Section 301(g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) and http://travel.state.gov/law/info/info_609.html and http://www.visalaw.com/05jan1/2jan105.html

The address has been debunked by many sources that the Obamas never lived there.

So, we're back to square one, What is he hiding and Why?

He thinks this is over and "the majority of the American people" will side with him. Man, does he have a surprise coming.

Hey Obama, by the way, how about you release your other bonafides. We want to see if they're fake too.

Obamas’ hidden records: Why are these off limits?

1 Certified copy of original birth certificate

2 Columbia University transcripts

3 Columbia thesis paper

4 Campaign donor analysis requested by 7 major watchdog groups

5 Harvard University transcripts

6 Illinois State Senate records

7 Illinois State Senate schedule

8 Law practice client list and billing records/summary

9 Locations and names of all half-siblings and step-mother

10 Medical records (only the one page summary released so far)

11 Occidental College Transcripts

12 Parent’s marriage Certificate

13 Record of baptism

14 Selective Service registration records

15 Schedules for trips outside of the United States before 2007

16 Passport records for all passports - Before the Scrubbing

17 Scholarly articles

18 SAT and LSAT test scores

19 Access to his grandmother in Kenya

20 List of all campaign workers that are lobbyists

21 Punahou grade school records

22 Noelani Kindergarten records are oddly missing from the the State of Hawaii Department of Education.

23 Page 11 of Stanley Ann Dunham's divorce decree. Anyone who cares about their country would be very concerned that a POTUS had hidden every scrap of information of his life that he possibly could.

Rep. John Bingham of Ohio, considered the father of the Fourteenth Amendment, . . in the House on March 9, 1866: "I find no fault with the introductory clause, which is simply declaratory of what is written in the Constitution, that every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen"

Now on to SCOTUS to rule on the definition of Natural Born Citizen.

This revelation will give even more credence to The States pursuing eligibility legislation. This debacle should never be permitted to happen again.

3. No, the links aren't against the rules.
Still, it seem a waste of time.

10. I think links from that site have been permitted for a long time.
I've seen many of them. As far as I know there are only a very few sites that are actually banned from linking on FR. I don't know which sites they are. I'm not involved in administration or moderation of this site.

2. I have to wonder why nutball theories from right wing sites
are being posted in their entirety here. This is over. No mind will be changed from the release of the birth certificate. Only nutballs are carrying this forward.

What's the point of posting it here? Enough.

That is my opinion. You can read my signature line if you have any questions.

4. He didn't read his own link
The part about the parent's age applies to children who are born in other countries. Now that this has been ruled out, it is not relevant.

12. It's that sloppy-lawyer way of "building" a case...
...one might call it the "Orly Method", though it's been in use for decades.

8. I think these fools just made Obama's point for him.
That the BC wouldn't be enough for them. They just won't accept him no matter what, so screw them. But now the average indie will see they are nutso...

13. yikes - been on DU for ions and never knew postings like this were so problemmatic...
sheesh. I thought the long list of demands was outrageous and really, more than anything, evidence that they are outside their minds on this, which in the end marginalizes this fringe further but only if people are noticing. 'scuse the eff out of me for noticing, but I will not apologize for shining a light on them.

This birther contingency is cleaving off the less crazed righties every minute who do not want to be associated with them anymore and for that I am eternally grateful. Especially when it comes to primaries.
