It is appropriate that a law be passed that the flag should
be flown at half mast until the US is back on solid economic ground and also until the US is no longer participating in the useless wars in Afghanistan and Iraq and elsewhere.

I came to this conclusion when I heard of the 8 American pilots and the private contractor who were slaughtered by that Afghani pilot at the Airport in Afghanistan.

3. In the 60s we started mailing letters with the flag upside down in
protest. It is illegal to do that now.

6. I've been looking to see if that's true....can't find that it's illegal
to have the flag stamp upside down. :shrug:
