I hope that Trump keeps making a fool of himself. I want people to continue to hear his racist statements. Sure, he's an opportunistic asshole, but he's doing a good job reminding people of just now vicious and nasty the rethugs really are.

That said, I really hope that NBC cancels 'Celebrity Apprentice' immediately. It's sickening enough that NBC is paying him for the show, that he's basically getting free publicity every week on primetime network programming. But lately he's been crossing the line, and actually using the show to talk about his presidential ambitions. In other words, NBC is paying Trump to run his political ads.

I'm glad to see that Groupon has pulled their advertising. Hopefully enough sponsors will do the same, and NBC will pull the plug on his show. Do we really want to see the season finale turn into a 2-hour Trump infomercial?

1. Saw one episode
of his show this season. It is ironic that there are several African-American contestants. I wonder how they feel about participating in his show now - and especially being used for his ego trip on the last show.
The whole thing is so disgusting they should cancel right away.
I looked for a contact for NBC but so far have not found it.

2. I think last week he was asking the contestants if they would vote for him if he ran
A few of them said they would definitely vote for him...nobody said "fuck no".

This season really is paid political advertising - except it's NBC who's paying the candidate, not the other way around. How is this not an FCC violation?

5. It was towards the beginning of the show
They were all standing on a roof, and Trump said that people were saying he should run for president, and if the contestants would vote for him if he did run. Meatloaf immediately offered his support, and I believe even Star Jones said she would (may have just been out of politeness). Not sure how long ago these episodes were filmed, but I wouldn't be surprised to if he continues using the show to prop up his presidential ambitions. He's already announced that he intends to use the series finale to make some sort of presidential announcement.
