T-Rump "I think you will all be very surprised" |
|
Edited on Fri Apr-29-11 09:59 AM by Laura PourMeADrink
What's more likely to surprise us? That he runs? or that he doesn't?
I am thinking due to his stratospheric ego he means that he will say "look, I am #1 in the polls...but I chose not to run."
His statement saying he has to wait until his show is over to announce is just a ploy to keep ratings up. There is NOTHING keeping him from saying today -- "No, I will not run."

3. I have no idea. He has nothing to lose at this point |
|
His reputation is already lower than dirt and he has lost the respect of a lot of people. 3 weeks ago I thought he wouldn't run, now I think there's a chance he will.

If only so Richie Rich, the phoney tough guy who grew up with every privilege and advantage can get his ass handed to him by the black guy from the single parent household who wasn't smart enough to get into Harvard. I was never big on victory dances but wouldn't that rate an "in your face ass hole!" (or in your hair- whichever you prefer)?

7. Lawrence O'DONNELL pimp slapped NBC, saying NBC already knows |
|
whether TRUMP's show has been renewed for next year and MUST come clean NOW about saying so. I know his absence last night was due to a charity event, but he might be on Keith's trajectory with NBC.

9. He is showing us that he views the Presidency as just |
|
another job, since he's waiting to see if his currant job is renewed or not. I think he'll say he's running for mayor of New York. He likely thinks that is a more important job, than being President.

10. His statements are well crafted to confuse, misdirect, entertain. Take what he said to |
|
Hannity in the interview last week, pertaining to investigating the birther issue: "You won't believe what I'm finding"
He said that to Hannity, inferring that Hannity should be excited about potential birther nirvana. In fact, Trump could have literally meant that Hannity won't believe it because Hannity is insane.
Trump is not dense, narrow, doctrinal, and crazy like Hannity. He is a carnival barker, an entertainer, a manipulator, a publicity hound, a maniac, an as*hole. But he's not going to back himself into the dunce corner on purpose. When he says you 'will be surprised' he not only leaves it open but is promoting his eventual announcement. I highly doubt he'll throw his hat in the ring...but when he announces his intentions, he'll be advertising some other venture, job, show, calling, or endorsement at the same time. That's the whole point of this.
Or maybe he'll just remind us yet again how much money he's made.
