Diverse Oakland Loves Hillary Clinton! Tens of thousands in attendance at recent rallies!

.
Well, the rallies were for Sanders in Sacramento and Stockton this week where, combined, close to 40,000 came out!

Oakland, a demographic that should favor Hillary Clinton according to her campaign and Internet myth, also had people who came out.

About 800 of them. Clinton. In Oakland. I shit you not.

Hillary’s Oakland Rally VS Bernie’s Sacramento Rally

California is clearly “Feeling The Bern”. A recent rally in Sacramento, over 20,000 people attended to support Bernie Sanders, as we expected not one major media channel was there to report on this event.

On the other hand, Hillary also had a recent rally in Oakland. This rally had only 800 people in attendance, which did receive major media coverage.

Why should a rally with such a low turn out receive coverage while a rally with thousands in attendance is ignored by the media?

Watch this video where more people wait in line to get into the Bernie rally than even showed up to Hillary’s.

Let me be the first to say, conditionally, "We told you so."

A lot of articles on the web and posts on DU are treating our process as having already been completed.

"Why Bernie Lost" is one such huffpost article. "Madam President" is an oft heard salutation, long before we are there.

Hillary Clinton will not be president. If she becomes the nominee, we will get Trump.

We better hope that Sanders wins because he will defeat Trump with relative ease should he become our candidate.

But, conditioned upon the unimaginable outcome that it's Clinton versus Trump let me be the first to say this after the votes are counted:

Clinton lost to Donald Trump. We told you so.

Now just picture that for a moment, how sad a day that will be. And think about all the factors that objectively tell us that this is the likely outcome if we send her in.

Investigations, Foundations, Bill, Wall Street, Banksters.

Let's do this right.

I'm just back from Sanders' event in Stockton, California.

He came out at 10:00, I was there at 6:00 am as volunteer working the crowds outside, pumping them up and available in case anyone qualified for a move up to the ADA entrance, easy gig.

His comments were just so outstanding and he speaks to the specific needs of each audience, I think. For Stockton, comprehensive immigration reform, health care, affordable college, drug law reform and others are major issues.

I was delighted to see Jane, too, and very happy that at least 100 secret service were there in addition to the state and local police.

Bill Clinton came once to this city, just a short stop at the airport then back on his plane.
One of the Bushes came to a school named in his honor.

Nothing like this has happened since May 21, 1968, when my sister took me out to the Weberstown Mall to see Bobby Kennedy.

We must win this.

Bernie Sanders’ Staffers Want To Replace Congress By 2018

Bernie Sanders’ Staffers Want To Replace Congress By 2018

A group of ex-staffers and volunteers from the Bernie Sanders campaign are looking past the 2016 presidential election and towards the 2018 midterms, aiming to replace the United States Congress with a brand new one – or as close to that as they can get – made up of political newbies and outsiders unbeholden to the donor-class.

Last Monday, these Sanders supporters formed a new Political Action Committee called Brand New Congress, and they’ve already raised nearly $35,000 in donations from around 8,000 pledged members. Around 300 have signed up to work for the campaign.

The group has a three-year plan: Throughout 2016 they will continue recruiting organizers and selecting a set of more than 400 candidates — from across the political spectrum, apparently — who conform to the Sanders brand of political integrity, and by January 2017 they’ll begin a hard push to the midterm elections in November 2018.

Although electing an entirely new Congress seems like a stretch, the massive mobilization we’ve seen of previously disenganged primary voters in 2016 makes just about anything seem feasible, at least on paper.

1968. "Hello, Democrats!"

Resistance is futile.

Do the right thing. Get out the vote.

Watch for it. Hillary fans posting Trump-loving protesters, calling them hateful Bernie Bros.

Pretty sad, IMO.

We know what Bernie supporters look like and what Trump supporters look like, don't we?

These look like Trump boys to me.

So, would superdelegates prefer a Trump win to a Sanders win? It would appear so.

A well-heeled lobbyist type insider has less to lose with a Trump presidency than with a Sanders presidency, in my humble opinion.

The notion that Clinton has a better chance of beating trump fails over and over, it's an unsupportable claim.

Therefore, it seems increasingly likely that many democratic superdelegates are not terribly concerned with winning the general election.

Prove me wrong.

Clinton ran the business of this country on personally owned equipment in the basement of her home.

She ran the business of this country on personally owned equipment in her basement.

Enough of the "private email" and "marked classified" minutia, this was a major fuck up from the get go.

Are we so blind that we don't see the problem with our Secretary of State setting up a home server, the hardware and the email service domain, etc., completely OUTSIDE the control and oversight of the government???

And then having the gall to decide for us which emails to release and which to delete?

This is a problem of epic proportion, and the Trump and Cruz campaigns are sitting on a gold mine.

I don't want to lose, and I don't want to risk my country on a loser who has no sense of propriety.

We need Sanders....
