About GummyBearsRYummy

Neuroplasticity, learn about it & how to reprogram your mind. You are not truly free until you are in control of your own mind. "nerve cells that fire together wire together"; putting yourself in a bubble locks your brain into a reactionary state stifling creativity & insight. Studies have shown conflict can be more addictive than sex. Giving in to hate is easy, choosing to Love is hard. Don't be lazy, don't be selfish, don't make assumptions, don't dehumanize. Have humility, know your limitations, break thought patterns to challenge assumptions, strive for clarity. Emotions can cloud your mind, but they can also bring clarity if properly regulated. Demonizing some1 you disagree with is an easy way to dismiss any ideas which challenge your understanding of reality. It is tempting to do so; but by doing this you lose opportunity to gain understanding & insight as to how/why people think differently. If you believe something is true then you should not be afraid to test it's validity against competing ideas to prove it's value. Growth requires being uncomfortable most of the time. Remember, the only person you hurt by willful ignorance is yourself.
