We have less then 3 weeks to pull it off and the odds are against us getting what we want. This new speaker is of the radical far right that will shut it all down and will hurt this country. Maybe during the next 3 weeks we can convince enough moderates republicans to force a vote or we're facing massive cuts of the safetynet, lgbt rights and investment in our own country or months of shut down government. This cluster fuck is only starting and I hope we're ready to campaign on it! We must tell the people that the republican party aims to gut their retirement, healthcare and destroy America's ability to compete in this world. We must tell them that we're utterly fucked as a first world society if they don't vote democratic next year. This is no joke.
We can't afford to focus on Israel or Ukraine as we're even more fucked then those countries and it is time to focus on ourselves. Focus on ourselves before we end up worse off then Iran, Russia or what the people have to deal with under the taliban. I am dead serious. We're in trouble. The enemy is kicking down the door.
How would you feel about an agreement of supply for Speaker McCarthy?
Since McCarthy is willing to work with us and take grave risk of his job with pissing his right wing off with working with Biden and trying to come to a middle ground. I don't think we can afford to have someone worse replace him for doing what is best for our country with this agreement. What would you think about an agreement of supply in any speaker vote the right of his party force on him? Democrats would vote for him to remain in power. This would probably moderate him and force him out of the hands of the freedom caucus, which would result in a more moderate house that is far more stable. Why should we allow 20 extremist control the house?? When reasonable people on both sides have 10 times the number? Our goal as of this time is to defeat the freedumb caucus and letting them defeat McCarthy would make this country utterly ungovernable the next 1.5 years and we have budgets coming. We can't afford it.
This Supply agreement would be like the NDP of Canada backing the liberals and the greens supply of labor in Australia.

1. Raise SSI/SSD by about 500 bucks per month. The old and disabled are suffering and need more.
2. Raise the minimum wage to $15 bucks per hour
3. Rebuild the unions and fight to rebuild the middle class. The rich are taking it all and robbing the workers of any chance at upward mobility. Use anti-trust and all the tools in the book if needed.
4. Full college debt forgiveness and free 4 year public university education.
5. A public housing program for all homeless people. 
Sick of seeing my brothers and sisters suffer in the cold.
6. A full blown jobs program like fdr done to get people back to work and to rebuild our country.

I want to cut defense overall
but I see no problem with spending some of that on defending space infrastructure(satellites, etc) and focusing more on advanced technologies(larger space ships, engines to move them and shielding) that could help humanity finally move outwards. Think about it for one second:
1. We could finally have a respectable space station to replace the international space station that will likely be going out of commission within the next 5-10 years. There's no way the republicans are going to fund an replacement so that means we're stuck totally on earth.
2. We could have the ability to send people to mars and the moon in numbers that will make it more then a one off and maybe even create colonies. I know earth firsters are against this, but making it happen means hundreds of billions of dollars in increase economic development and higher paying jobs.
3. Kids and young adults being able to look up and that will motive them to go to college to become scientist. This will once against increase the size of the economy.
Nasa is starved to the bone and will never be able to do it.
If we move outwards we will have something of a space force one day anyways. Hell, at this very moment three branches of the military already do have some focus on it,,,so really this is just bringing them together.
I don't support violence in space but realize that there's a larger picture.

A brain scan can reveal someone’s true gender, according to a new study.
Both the physical content and actions of a subject’s brain can show that they are transgender, even before they’ve started puberty.
The study, conducted by Dr Julie Bakker at the University of Liège’s Laboratory of Neuroendocrinology, backs up research from March which showed that trans people are born that way.
Bakker explained in her study, titled Brain structure and function in gender dysphoria, that the scans’ results corroborated subjects who reported having gender dysphoria.
“We found that hypothalamic responses of both adolescent girls and boys diagnosed with gender dysphoria were more similar to their experienced gender than their birth sex,” she wrote.
The professor said that this “supports the hypothesis of a sex-atypical brain differentiation in these individuals.”
As well as this finding, Bakker also discovered that the amount of grey matter found in a brain can reveal both male and female subjects’ genders.
She said: “Grey matter volumes of both gender dysphoria groups deviated from the volumetric characteristics of their birth sex towards those of individuals sharing their gender identity.”
Bakker added that these results were exciting.
Earlier this year, researchers at the University of São Paulo’s Medical School compared the brains of trans and cisgender adults and discovered that they are significantly different.
It was found that the insula – a region of the brain – had a distinct volume depending on whether it was in the brain of a trans or cis subject.
The insula plays an important role in people’s body image, self-awareness and empathy.
Giancarlo Spizzirri, first author of the study – which was published in Scientific Reports – said that the result led them to believe that people are trans in the womb.
“We found that trans people have characteristics that bring them closer to the gender with which they identify and their brains have particularities, suggesting that the differences begin to occur during gestation,” he said in a statement.
