DJT was using extramarital affairs as part of his campaign in 2016 AGAINST the Clintons.

I have not seen this covered recently, but one of the reasons WHY Trump would make these hush $ payments is that Trump had made women who had accused Bill Clinton of inappropriate sexual behavior a major point to use against Hillary in the 2016 election.

Trump held a press conference with several of these women just before a debate with Hillary, and this was televised. This I believe was before the Access Hollywood tape.

Trump's own additional indiscretions becoming public makes him an even bigger hypocrite than just the Access Hollywood tape did.

But covering his cheating with a porn star, playboy bunny and worker in his own building was absolutely a part of his own campaign strategy and to help his own campaign.

Another point I think is that Trump had One encounter with Stormy. But in interviews he saw Karen McDougal 5 times a month for 10 months - 50 times. And the third story was he had an out of wedlock baby with a woman who worked for him in his building. All three are major data points in the campaign itself. (I still find it hard to believe MAGA overlooks all of this...)

Please remember that at the same time Trump was paying off two of his extramarital Affair partners,

to keep them silenced, Trump had a press conference with a lineup of women who had accused Bill Clinton of anything untoward.

So this BS that this was only to 'protect' Melanoma's delicate sensibilities is just that, Bull Shit.

Trump was pushing hard in his campaign against Hillary, that somehow anyone who had accused Bill of something was a negative against Hillary. And at the same time paying hush money through his attorney to keep his own extramarital affairs on the down low.

This is a blatant campaign finance violation on top of tax fraud in claiming it as a business expense.

I think that every former government Official with access to Secret Documents needs to Review

every old box of papers the have. Especially if they ever had a document outside of a SCIF unit.

From Trump who is a total Scoff Law, to Biden who is a scrupulous Law follower, our government has an obvious problem with how secret documents are handled and tracked.

Every cabinet level office and anyone who worked with them that ever accessed secure documents should be going through their old files right now. And every individual page should be barcoded and tracked, just like in your local library.

This document trickle BINGO is an embarrassment and an actual threat to out national security.

We have to do better.

Go after the Bus Transportation companies for dumping people in freezing temps.

The Bus Transportation companies that are transporting and the just dumping their passengers without any sort of pre-arranged shelter have put their lives in danger.

Every one of these bus drivers that agree to do this should be at a minimum investigated if no straight up arrested for endangering their passengers and possible human trafficking. They all have to have federal and state licenses which could be suspended or revoked.

The Transportation company that owns the buses likewise have to have Federal and State licenses to operate. Again just suspend, investigate and prosecute them for any of these infractions. Impound the buses or just red flag them out of operation until the investigation is complete as evidence.

Also contact the insurance companies of these transportation corps involved in this and make sure they know the they may be having more liability than taking a club on a vacation trip.

I think that any individual or especially the legal support groups could file reports of possible violations with these federal and state agencies.

Governors and state workers may have "qualified immunity" for pulling this crap. But, not the private companies that have agreed to be involved in illegal activity. If the bus companies know they may be put out of business, then it may put a stop to this dangerous showboating.

It would seem to me they could quickly eliminate 99% of the documents from inspection.

This "Special Master" would only look for any documents that would possibly be first belong only to Trump.

Nearly ALL of what is in these boxes belong to the US Government through the National Archives. This is a 40 plus year old law through the Presidential Records Act. He took what did not belong to him.
So they should be a quick NOPE for any Personal privileged for Trump

ANY Classified documents.
ANY Official White House Documents.
ANY Other official Government documents and communications.

So we are down to: any truly personal individual document that were mixed in with what was above such as his passports or other personal documents.
The if there is any communication with a personal lawyer (and not office of the president lawyers) those should be gone through because even those should be evaluated by someone for a "crime fraud exception".

If the judge had limited her order for a special master to only the second group and released the items obviously belong to the national archives then any "special master" would not have to have "Uber Secret clearances" to even look at the cover sheet.

Trump had as much right to keep stuff from the Whitehouse as he does to take the towels and TV from a hotel room he stayed in. He STOLE these things.

Honest question: Why does the 4th Amendment not give us a right to privacy of our own bodies?

This would seem to me that if someone were "secure in their person" against "searches and seizures" it would seem that we have autonomy over our own bodies, male or female. (including reproductive parts).

Also the ninth Amendment seems to be glossed over in this whole "No right to privacy" argument that this bunch of imams that have current control of our Extreme Court. It would seem to me making decisions over out own bodies would be one of the most basic of the not enumerated rights.

A standard .223 AR-15 round will go through a quarter in steel plate like it was butter.

A friend of mine in the woods has a private shooting range, and uses hanging steel plate targets. Originally used for 9mm pistols he had a sheet of one quarter inch thick steel plate to use as a target. Setup was safe as any hits just deflected down into the ground. Would just paint the surface with a rattle can between uses. The 9mm would leave a small mark on the surface of the steel but that was it.

Then someone brought their AR-15 to try out. The first test shot went through the steel plate like pushing a pencil through a stick of butter. It left a perfectly round hole completely through the steel plate. Well no more using the quarter inch steel for a .223 target.

They did get some special AR500 hardened steel half in thick targets specifically for rifle rounds. The .223 rounds make pock marks in them but do not go through them.

My point is that police know this. Most vests that an officer would wear would stop nearly any handgun round. But a .223 round (or most rifle rounds) would go right through their vest. The military and special ops police use a "plate carrier" vest that have special ceramic or other much heavier armor plates inserted in them that can stop a rifle round. (you can buy them on line for a few hundred bucks.)

There really is no "cover" from a rifle round in most buildings. They would shoot through most walls and doors unless they were made of brick or concrete. Most handguns police use have about 15 round magazines. Common AR magazines are twice that. Just pointing out what the police would be up against when "assaulting" an entrenched subject.

Although pistols are easier to conceal, I have no idea why you have to be 21 to purchase a pistol, but only 18 to buy an AR-15 type rifle.

After watching all the stories about the blatant lies from the Republican leaders taped conversations, and MTG massive mind fart on the stand in her legal proceedings they seem to have major memory issues when it comes to the truth in any form.


The sad thing is that for so many of my Trumpista neighbors, it still will not matter as the votes these people back in.

Operator Starsky, of the Ukrainian National Guard

I stumbled across this channel on youtube, and it seems to be the real deal.

His english is probably better than mine, and I have found his take on what is happening interesting. He has had a YT channel for more than a year, and his earlier vids were in Ukranian, mostly about training with the National Guard. A few weeks ago he started publishing in English about the invasion.

So just wanted to put this out there as someone who is actually in Ukraine. He seems to be reporting things as he sees them.

The Robo Calls have gotten out of hand. I may disconnect my home phone.

I am now getting 10 to 15 Robo Calls per day, every day. I have stopped answering my home phone so I get over half of these calls go to blank answering machine messages.

My phone number is listed with the "Do not call" registry, but I think they use that list to make calls now.

I have had the same phone number for many years, and it is used for some account registrations for stores, banks etc.

The most calls recently come from Home warranty, Auto warranty (my vehicles are 20 years old), Insurance offers, and refinance or other loan offers. Also want me to change my utilities, but I do not have natural gas, and I do have solar panels so I have a near zero electricity bill. But, These fukers are relentless.

They often spoof or fake other local area code phone numbers. I have gotten a few at least real but angry calls from other people because they got similar BS calls and these companies faked my number on caller ID.

It usually takes at least 8 seconds for the robo caller to connect to one of their flimflam specialist, so if you keep saying hello to a blank line you know it is a BS Call.

If I am connected to a human I ask to be added to their do not call list, and they usually just hang up on me. Occasionally I can dial a number to be added to their do not call, but either way within a day they are calling again. This has gotten much worse in the last few months for some reason.

Note that this is a simple basic phone line that does not have call blocking available. Apparently I can add some of this for additional money to the phone provider.

The new internet technology has been great for lower cost long distance, but faking caller ID and these foreign or other scam call centers has got to be taken care of some how.

My cell does not seem to have near this problem but it does have some scam blocking.

Anyone else having this problem?
