When people start talking about how the Democrats are hurting CHIP funding...

Ask them "Who was it who stopped funding CHIP in the first place after all these years? Which political party put children's health at risk by taking it off the last funding bill?"

The GOP knew they were going to use Children's Health as a hostage if they needed Democratic Senate votes to pass their garbage. So they're the terrorists who put it at risk.

It was all planned. They took out these programs to blackmail the Dems because they thought the Dems would cave -- save the poor kids, you know. Trump would get to crow about what a great deal maker he is when he beat down the Dems and the Republicans would get everything they wanted without making any concessions, they'd just put those program back in place as they were.
