Claiming he was found "not guilty" when the vote was 57-43 but short of the needed supermajority (which itself is short of the unanimity a normal trial jury would need) seems wrong.

So yeah, he can claim Exoneration twice now. And he will.

There's a pretty solid reason why it's 67. The framers wanted to ensure that it was exceedingly rare. They didn't anticipate that a party would ignore reality to acquit, but it would be far too easy for a party to remove someone on a political whim if the standard was a simple majority.
