Can he plead the 5th by tweet?

He's locked and barred the bathroom door, and I don't think he's coming out any time soon.

and he hasn't shut up since, so I think you are correct.

But isn't it strange that he took the oath of office and still would need to take an oath not to lie? You would think that an oath of office covers the lying part, too.
