Everytime Trump wants to waste tax payer dollars
the money should be deducted from his "wall" budget. I would start with deducting the cost of all his visits to Trump properties. It would be a great way to provide public focus on his irresponsible spending. Someone like Colbert (for example) could do a nightly update on the stupid ways Trump uses tax payer $.
Today the President did ........ for an estimated cost of $....... bringing the total estimated waste of tax payer dollars to $....... for the Trump administration. This is money that could have paid for a, b, c or whatever.
Trump should be thoroughly, publicly shamed for his irresponsibility.
