This might be unpopular but I believe this is the worst presidential administration in modern history. I have never seen such a motley crew of mountebanks, popinjays, and charlatans.

I do not hate their acolytes. I pity them.

One is hard pressed to choose a worse. Reagan probably comes the closest and it wasn't anywhere near this bad. I'm mostly thinking in terms of incompetence. Whether one agrees with the policies, it is an issue of their ability to function at all.

and reserve my pity for those they have and will damage.

it's a nice thought, not to hate them. i literally hate them for making me hate. i am 62 years old, been through nixon, reagan, both bushes, and trump is easily worse than any of them. and they were terrible!

but what especially sucks is the cult he has built around himself. what especially sucks is that republicans are a cabal of psychopaths. i fear for democracy, i don't know my country, and yes, i hate them. don't worry, they would never ever spare an ounce of pity for you.

6. I made a New Year's Resolution to be more Zen and Christ like.

I no longer hate his followers as much as I pity them. I pray they see the error of their ways, maybe some will.
