(25,487 posts)The next in line would be the one to fire Mueller... and that would be Solicitor General Noel Francisco... a hardcore Trumpian.
Rachel Brand leaving is a BAD thing. It means that Trump *ONLY* has to get rid of Rosenstein to kill the Mueller investigation.

(22,038 posts)Not too long ago, we were told that if Rod Rosenstein was fired, Msl Brand would do Trump's bidding and fire Robert Mueller.
But now, Ms. Brand is supposed to be a patriotic hero?
So, which is it?

Walmart has done Trump a solid by getting Brand out of the DoJ. Someday, Walmart will be called upon for a "service."

Why have an FBI at that point? Which I'm sure is the wish.

(25,867 posts)Other than that's a constant meme here on DU, along with Mueller being fired. Both have been stated every single day since last summer with zero evidence that might happen.
