Still, as far as implants go, that's a pretty nice-looking set. I don't begrudge a lady, given today's unfair 'standards', to feel like she needs to have herself an attractive rack ... it's sad that this is reality, but given that it is in fact true that women are judged on their boob's attractiveness, I don't find it untoward that many choose to augment 'nature' in this way, esp. if it makes them feel better/more confident in their lives.

Tell ya what though, regardless of the reality of the pic ... given what Alec looks like even now with his shirt off compared to what one would imagine what Tangeranus looks like in similar state of undress, it's pretty easy to believe that, given her druthers, she'd much rather roll in the hay with Alec.
