“We dont make movies like Call Me ByTour Name to make money.”

Said Kimmel: “We make them to Pisa off Mike Pence”

EDIT, actual quote:

Out of the nine best picture nominees, only two made more than $100 million. That’s not the point. We don’t make films like ‘Call Me By Your Name’ for money. We make them to upset Mike Pence.”

“Daylight Again”.....1982

Never heard this before.....my new favorite rendition of this call to action, the original of which opened the movie Woodstock

POWERFUL, ageless

Crosby is whacked out on you know what, but his singing is as emotionally charged as I’ve ever heard it

And George Perry on bass!!!!

Wow, it's almost a movie for how America feels today. It's not a easy watch.

They already won one, I hope they sweep.

I think I even have a DVD around here somewhere. My family knows me well enough to have told me it was a great movie but that it was dark and not something I would enjoy.

since they had two nominations for that category so that is a good sign for them.

She's going to be 94 in July???? Looked fantastic with no evidence of plastic surgery. Loved her in North by Northwest.
