Oscar for best makeup

Just watched the first hour and when the nominees were called, starting with "Churchill" makeup I was thinking that while not a movie, Alec Baldwin's Whiny Donny makeup certainly would deserve an honorable mention.

to paint his face orange with white around the eyes, and a hairpiece. Baldwin does almost all of it with facial expressions and almost perfect mimicry of Dolt 45's speech and mannerisms.
