And even if that happened, and Trump was impeached and convicted, Trump voters would be convinced that the deep state was responsible.

...and of course, the first step is the House, then the Senate. I was just curious if that first step would send the "impeachment message."

We need to ask the electorate that question. I.e. campaign on that point. If we're too chicken to do so we should just forget about it as it's not an issue. We should NOT remain quiet and once in power say that's what we're going to do (unless we have said so before the election).
