They said officers did not believe there was any risk to the wider public.

Col Skripal, who is a retired Russian military intelligence officer, was jailed for 13 years in 2006 for spying for Britain. He was convicted of passing the identities of Russian intelligence agents working undercover in Europe to the UK's Secret Intelligence Service, MI6.

It was bizarre hearing him say he intends to defy the subpoena and will not turn over the documents requested. He was defiant in his tone and almost frothing at the mouth he sounded so upset. And then abruptly said (when asked) that he thought tRump MIGHT have done something wrong during the campaign but he did not know. It was the most bizarre interview I’ve heard since Carter Page appeared on All In With Chris Hayes.

He was referring to Trump as just "Trump". No Mr. Trump or President Trump or The President. Yet he showed Mueller the respect of always calling him Mister[/] Mueller. I just found it a little strange.
