From a quick reading of her filing, sounds like Cohen scheduled and arbitration hearing in LA without informing Stormy or her lawyer.

Stormy's claim, among many, is that arbitration isn't mandated because the issue at hand is the validity of the contract requiring arbitration. A little circular but in a nutshell, you can't be forced to do something in a contract if the contract wasn't consummated. And, since DJT (or DD) never signed the agreement and Cohen signed as a rep of the LLC...it's an incomplete contract.
