Evangelicals and their values

When we see evangelicals excusing everything when it comes to Trump and his lack of morals, it isn't that they have just now lost their values. I think the evangelicals never had any values...they only used that as their cover and their excuse to come down on Democrats. But now that Trump, their supreme leader, is someone with such an extreme lack of morality, and they are not condemning him.....their cover has been blown! The evangelicals have never had any morals and them not coming down on Trump, has just exposed that! They can not stand on higher ground anymore when it comes to morality...they themselves have never had any morals and they have now been exposed of that!
